GLASSLT is one of the leading producers of the insulating glass units in Lithuania, the winner of the National Prize for Quality.

The company can offer the double and triple insulating glass units (IGU) with all kind of glass (tempered, laminated, solar control, sound control and etc.) and shapes, of especially big sizes - up to 5 m x 3 m, also for structural façade glazing and with the Georgian bars.

The company began its activity in 1996 and from the very beginning is investing constantly in:

New technologies. Dow Corning, the global leader in silicone technology and innovation area has awarded “Vildaiva ir Ko” with the certificate of quality for structural glazing manufacture.

New equipment .The new modern technology of manufacturing the insulating glass units permits to make the units up to 3 m high and 5 m wide. This is a maximal size not only in Lithuania but also in the Baltic states. Also the company can offer the insulating glass units with all edges grinded off. By now this is the only grinding technology of such level in the Baltic region. The grinded glass edges are safer, the danger of cutting and the possibility of glass bursting while carrying, transporting and installing the glass units lessens. Also the risk of glass bursting itself because of the micro cracks reduces. The company has three Lisec productions lines with automatic gas filling and automatic sealing, from which the oldest one was made in 2004, and the last one in 2008.

Software programs  (Vildaiva ir Ko” was the first company in the Baltic region who started using the programs ALFAK 2000, XOPT and Packing optimization, created especially for the Insulating glass units industry by the German software producer ALBAT+WIRSAM). The entire production process is controlled by a computer.

Quality management system which complies with the standard EN ISO 9001:2001 requirements. The insulating glass units are manufactured according to EN1279 standard.
